After years of being unoccupied, Re: Design Architects restored the original cedar shake siding, and transformed the interior of the house into a warm family environment that retains a decidedly coastal feel while avoiding the outdated features seen in many homes of this type. Carefully coordinated landscaping opened up the deck and pool area to increase light and maximize water views over Little Peconic Bay. The brightly decorated basement includes a pool table, full bar, and wine cellar.
